To honor persons and organizations that have done an extraordinary job of promoting football in Louisiana.

To give scholarships to children of members based on service, test scores, GPA, and need.

To select coaches for All-Star games based on membership, assistant status, and service of 20 or more years.

To assist and coordinate with the Louisiana news media in publicizing football programs in Louisiana.
